Our one bedroom apartments offer an open living space with full view of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Oversized bathroom with 48 inch vanity and plenty of light to get ready!

We allow a maximum of 2 cats per apartment. There is a $350 refundable pet deposit that is due upon move in. The 1st pet would have a $50 monthly pet fee and an additional $30 for a 2nd cat.

We also allow caged animals. There is a $100 refundable pet deposit that is due upon move in and a $10 per month fee per animal (Max 3).
